Our core business is investigational medicinal products and clinical materials warehousing, distribution, import licensing and customs clearance. We specialize only in clinical trial logistics are very good at it.

IMP Logistics Warehouse has been audited 21 times in the past two years by 2 of the largest global logistics companies, by 9 Pharma companies and 2 global CRPs. The reactions of the auditors are summarized by quotes from two of them:

Case Study
At the time a small pharmaceutical company client first decided it wanted to use our warehouse, IMP had a cool room (+2º to +8º C), but did not have freezers or have any need for freezers for its then existing clients. However, the client needed to store extremely large quantities of study drug at -25º to -15º C. Although IMP did know that it would ever need the freezers again once the small Pharma client’s study was finished, our commitment to client service resulted in our purchase of two walk-in freezers and three smaller freezers.
Fourth Key - Our state-of-the art facility
Security comes from a fence surrounding the warehouse, 24-hour guard service, and alarm and video surveillance. Temperature control is provided by probes with an alarm system connected to staff mobile phones for 24-hour protection against temperature excursions.

Pest control includes traps and monthly checks by a certified pest control company. Our warehouse has smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
Unlike the cement floors in most warehouses that crack, absorb chemicals and other spilled material, and are hard to keep spotless, all our floors are epoxy covered. Epoxy floors are liquid repellent, chemical and heat resistant, but permeable to water vapor. They have a "breathable" coating. A broad white line (which gives immediate notification of dust that must be cleaned) encircles the warehouse floor.

Decontamination carpets at all warehouse doorways remove dust and dirt from shoes and forklift wheels that enter that enter the warehouse.

Unlike the wooden pallets in most warehouses that splinter, absorb liquids and are hard to keep clean, we use plastic pallets.

We have a separation of product flow at IMP Logistics. That separation starts with separate in and out ports and a separate receiving area. It continues with an incoming quarantine area and with high rise racks with plastic pallets and with shelves for current supply pickup.

We also have separate packing and dispatch areas, a dedicated use date extension labeling room, a quarantine for retention and another quarantine for destruction.
We have three 2º to 8º C cool rooms, four large walk-in -25º to -15º C freezers and several smaller freezers that freeze up to -40º C
